Tagalog Hangul toleration

These are the things that Tagalog Hangul don't tolerate.
1. Hanja equivalent. Tagalog Hangul never use Hanja, because it would make the language harder.
2. 2 final consonants like 랅, since not all of them can be fuse, I decided to remove this rules, so it's a 랄그, not 랅.
3. Korean actual transliteration, like Japanese created their own transliteration of Hanzis, I also change the transliterations on Consonants and vowels. ㅇ is silent in Korean and pronounce as ng as final ㅇ, but in Tagalog Hangul, ㅇ is silent and also role as a gluttal stop, it's never use a final consonant. ㅃ is pronoun
